- Promo codes can only be applied during checkout.
- You must be actively logged in to your account to apply a promo code to your order.
- Promo codes must be added before placing the order.
- A promo code cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
- Guest Support cannot issue refunds for orders where a promo code was not applied, nor can we reissue expired promo codes.
Instructions
Boost App
1. Open the Boost app and browse through the available items.
2. Add your desired items to your basket.
3. Once you've added all the items you wish to purchase, tap on the shopping basket icon to go to your checkout screen.
4. On the checkout screen, below the payment details, you will find an option labeled Apply a promo code. Tap on this option to enter your promo code.
5. A text field will appear prompting you to enter the promo code. Carefully enter the promo code exactly as it was provided to you.
When entering the promo code, make sure there are no spaces before or after the code.
6. Once you have entered the promo code, select Apply promo code.
7. If the code is successfully entered, the discount will be automatically applied, and you will see the updated total on your screen.
Boost Website
1. Go to the Boost website.
2. Browse the catalog of available products and add your desired items to your basket
3. When you’re ready to complete your purchase, click on the shopping basket icon to go to the checkout page.
4. On the checkout screen, below the payment options, find and click on the Apply a promo code link to open the promo code field.
5. A box will appear for you to type in the promo code. Ensure that you enter the code exactly as it appears, with no extra spaces or characters.
6. Once the code is entered correctly, select Apply.
7. If the code is successfully entered, your order total will update to reflect the discount.
