Incorrect campus card balances

This article is designed to assist you if you're encountering issues with the balance of your meal plan or if the tender types are not displaying accurately in the Boost mobile app. By following the steps outlined in this guide, you can resolve most issues related to your meal plan or tender types. If the problem persists after completing the steps, our support team is available to help you further.


Remove Campus Card

1.  Open the Boost app and navigate to Account.

2.  Within the Account section, select Payment Methods. This is where all your linked payment methods, including your Campus Card or meal plan, are listed.

3.  Remove all meal plan tenders.

4.  Uninstall the app.

5.  Restart the phone.

6.  Once the phone is back on, reinstall the app.

7.  Add your meal plan to your account.
