iOS and Android both use the same process for account deletion. Guests can delete their accounts in-app by following the instructions below.
Deleting an account will remove access to all data, including order history. The ability to process service requests, such as refunds, may also be impacted.
Instructions
1. Open the Boost app on your mobile device.
2. Tap on Account in the bottom-right corner.
3. Tap on Account settings.
4. Tap on Delete account.
5. Read the disclaimer. Tap on Delete account.
6. A confirmation prompt will appear. Tap on Delete account if you wish to proceed. This will bring you back to the Sign Up/Log In screen.
Tapping on Cancel will take you back to the previous screen in Step 5.
