Cause: This error is typically caused by a connection issue between your device and the school's meal plan server. A poor or unstable internet connection can also prevent the campus card from being successfully added.

Resolution Steps:

  • Check your internet connection: If you are connected to the school's Wi-Fi, try switching to a personal data connection or a different Wi-Fi network, as campus Wi-Fi can sometimes interfere with the meal plan server.
  • Reattempt the action: Once you've switched to a stable connection, try adding the campus card again.

Note-Tip.png  If you are unable to successfully add your campus card, please reach out to student services or your meal plan admin on campus. They can confirm the meal plan is correctly set up in the campus system.
