Guests may have access to cancel an eligible order within the app, provided that the order preparation has not begun. This guide will outline the process for canceling an eligible order.
Please be advised that the support team is unable to cancel orders.
Important Details to Know
- This feature is only available in the US for Boost mobile app orders and may not be available for every location.
- You must cancel the entire order to receive a full refund; partial refunds are not supported.
- You are only able to cancel orders paid for with an eligible payment type. Eligible payment types include:
- Credit Cards
- Google Wallet
- Apple Pay
- FreedomPay Stipends & Vouchers
- Most Meal Plan Types (see below)
Instructions
After placing your order, you can check if it’s eligible for cancellation.
1. Navigate to Your Order
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap on the Cancel your order button. This will prompt the system to check whether the order meets the cancellation criteria. If there is no button, the order is not eligible to cancel.
3. If your order is eligible for cancellation, you will be prompted to share a reason for the cancellation. Once you’ve selected the appropriate reason, tap Cancel order to proceed with the cancellation.
4. After a successful cancellation, the order history receipt will be updated to reflect the cancellation. You will also receive email confirmation confirming the cancellation and providing details about your refund.
