This article will outline the process for enabling notifications from Boost, including updates regarding order status, receiving coupons, and promotional offers. By following the instructions below, you'll be able to update your email notification preferences to keep you informed about your orders and the latest promotions.
Please ensure that you have the most recent version of the Boost mobile app installed on your device. Adjustments to these notifications can only be made within the app and not through the website.
Enabling Boost Emails
1. Open the Boost app on your mobile device.
2. Navigate to the account page by clicking on the Account icon located at the bottom right of the screen.
3. On the account page, select Account settings.
4. On the Account settings page, select Manage notifications.
5. On the Email Notifications page, you have the option to enable or disable Order Updates and Promotional Offers.
Please ensure that you have enabled Order Updates to receive all notifications pertaining to your order. This includes notifications such as order confirmation, pickup time, readiness of the order, and updates regarding any issues with the order.
To receive coupons and promo codes via email, you must have promotional offers enabled.
