Placing an order

This article will outline the fundamental procedures for placing an order using the Boost mobile app or the website.

Note-Tip.png  For optimal performance, it is advisable to utilize the Boost app on your phone with a cellular connection. 


Instruction

Boost App

1.  Launch the Boost app on your mobile device.

2.  Choose the campus from which you wish to place your order.

3.  Select the on-campus restaurant from which you would like to order. 

Important.png  The application will display the nearest campus. However, it does not possess the functionality to sort the restaurants on campus based on proximity. Please verify that if your campus has multiple restaurant locations, you are placing your order from the correct one.

4.  Browse the menu of the selected restaurant, select an item you wish to order, and click Add to Order.

5.  Click on the Basket icon located in the upper right-hand corner.

6.  Ensure that all details on the checkout screen are correct. When you're ready, click Place Order at the bottom.

Boost Website

1.  Go to the Boost website

2.  Choose the campus from which you wish to place your order. 

3.  Select the on-campus restaurant from which you would like to order. 

4.  Browse the restaurant’s menu, select an item you wish to order, and click on Add to basket.

5.  After adding items to your basket, click on the Basket icon located in the upper right-hand corner or click the Go to checkout button located on the right side of the screen.

6.  Ensure all information is correct in the checkout section, such as your items and quantities. Once everything looks good, click on Place Order on the right side of the screen to finalize your purchase.
