To download Boost on an International device, user's can scan the QR Code to be directed to the app store, or follow the directions below to download the app.
iOS Process:
- Confirm the Boost app does not appear in the App Store
- In the App Store, tap the sign-in button:
- Tap Create New Apple ID. If you don't see this option, make sure that you're signed out of iCloud:
- Follow the onscreen steps. The email address you provide will be your new Apple ID.
- For credit card and billing information, choose None, then tap Next.
- Confirm your phone number. This can help to verify your identity and recover your account if needed. Tap Next.
- Check your mailbox for a verification email from Apple and verify your email address.
- After you verify your email address, you can use your Apple ID to sign in to the App Store. You should be able to view apps available in your current country.
- Launch the App Store app on your phone and Download Boost.
Android Process:
- Go to the Google Account Sign In page (http://accounts.google.com/signin)
- Click Create Account
- Enter your name.
- Click Use my current email address instead.
- Enter your current email address.
- Click Next.
- Verify your email address with the code sent to your existing email.
- Click Verify.
- Enter your phone number and click Next.
- Verify your phone number with the code sent to you.
- Click Verify.
- Go to Play Store and tap on your account icon.
- Tap the drop-down beside your email address, then tap "add another account".
- Login with your new account
- Select a new account from the drop-down menu
- Download Boost App
